Bib Gourmand 2026: 75 new products
On February 9, 2026, the Michelin Guide revealed its new “Bib Gourmand” selection, highlighting 75 new establishments in France, bringing the total to 430 addresses. This distinction rewards restaurants offering quality cuisine at an affordable price, with a complete meal (excluding drinks) costing around €40 in the regions and €45 in Paris. The most dynamic regions include Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, Occitanie, Nouvelle-Aquitaine and Île-de-France. In Lyon, establishments such as La Meunière and Accentué illustrate the local culinary wealth. In Occitanie, addresses such as Bonnie in Cahors and Les Dodus in Puy-l’Évêque showcase local produce. In Île-de-France, restaurants such as Kodawari Ramen – Yokochō and Jip offer varied and accessible culinary experiences. Michelin Guide International Director Gwendal Poullennec points out that the Bib Gourmand highlights establishments where the quality of the cuisine goes hand in hand with a particular attention to price, offering a lively gastronomy accessible to all. The full selection will be available on March 16, at the same time as the list of Michelin-starred restaurants.
