Alter Dinner Club: The Chefs Set the Tone
Inside the distillery Alterdistillery, Quentin Verne, founder of both the distillery and LVX Spirits, brings together chefs with unique styles in Geneva for exceptional experimental dinners. Together, they set the tone for these evenings, where the cuisine guides the creation of pairings: exclusive cocktails and spirits are crafted to complement the dishes and bring out their subtle nuances.

The series continues as the year draws to a close with three guests appearing in succession: Benjamin Breton on October 26 and 27, Jacopo Romagnoli on November 19, and Walter El Nagar December 3. Each event takes place in a small group setting, with a unique presentation tailored to each gathering. The experience is thus as much about the food and drink as it is about the atmosphere.
Seats are limited, and more events are already planned for next year. This will allow the series—which explores the pairing of food and drink—to continue.
