After Coppet, the owners of Simunye are back in Geneva, with passion and ambition as their motivation. The concept? A well-rehearsed culinary offering based on the classics of Iberian gastronomy. Ham, croquetas, pan con tomate… you name it. Plus a few tempting novelties and the most efficient service. The craze for a controlled festive atmosphere (in other words: in true Geneva fashion) and for small dishes to share bears witness to this. Even if we regret the absence of a fine piece of beef or a whole fish, the place works and will appeal to fans of Spanish culture.
