Sandrine Pally and Yuttakan Pongkunsup are back to delight us in La Jonction with the recent opening of Satu. Following on from Soï Thaï Canteen in Pâquis and Suahoy in the Plainpalais area, the duo have once again captured our gourmet hearts with Satu. My dear epicureans, everything is in place in this small space for you to enjoy a great evening against a Blue Lotus backdrop. The intensity of the electro music is perfectly adapted to the mood, while the cocktails are expertly prepared by trained mixologists. Dishes, meanwhile, are for sharing and once again put Thai gastronomic culture at the center of this new culinary delight.
