Restaurant Matière is a story we like to write. With as much determination as benevolence, the team of cheerful restaurateurs quickly established themselves at the top of Geneva’s gastronomic pyramid. Part resto, part bistro, Matière has won over a loyal clientele who love generous, technically sophisticated dishes. While service is provided by Marion Ollivier and Lionel Schneider, an on-stage and off-stage couple, the kitchen is the work of Clément Masson and Freddy Garanjoud, who continue to play a highly successful seasonal game.
