After being closed for several months, the Alcazar will reopen on September 1. This iconic Saint-Germain-des-Prés venue is making a comeback with a new vision: to once again bring together fine dining, entertainment, and the art of living under one roof.

The date has been set for September1. After several months of closure, theAlcazar will reopen its doors in the heart of Saint-Germain-des-Prés. More than fifty years after its opening, the venue is set to reclaim what has long defined its reputation: being a place where people came as much to dine as to extend their evening. Under the leadership of Walter Butler, owner of the Paradis Latin among other venues, the establishment has been completely redesigned. The idea is not to turn its back on its history, but to breathe new life into it. The decor has been updated, and an artistic program will come to life every evening among the guests, featuring singers, dancers, acrobats, and performers.

In the kitchen, chefs Zouhair and Guillaume Lutard will offer a menu inspired by classic French dishes, enhanced with seasonal creations. This concept reflects our commitment to making the Alcazar a place where guests come not only to share a dinner but also to extend their evening. September1 will mark the beginning of a new chapter. With such a rich history behind it, we can’t help but be excited. Paris is definitely breathing new life into its legendary nightlife institutions. After the Bus Palladium, it’s the Alcazar’s turn to raise its curtain, while the Palace is expected to open before the end of the year. It’s enough to make you want to set off on another gastronomic and nightlife adventure in Paris.
