Champagne and Piedmont will soon take center stage in Gland. For its traditional fall tasting, the CAVE will bring together a dozen winemakers, including several renowned names.

On Friday, November 13, the Club des Amateurs de Vins Exquis (CAVE) is hosting a wine-tasting journey from Champagne to Piedmont as part of its grand fall tasting event in Gland.

On the program: twelve producers, each presenting three wines, including a few standout names that are well worth the trip. Among the sparkling wines, highlights include Benoît Lahaye, Francis Boulard & Fille, Rémi Leroy, and Hélène Charbaut. For lovers of Nebbiolo and great Italian wines, head to the Langhe hills with Elio Altare, G. D. Vajra, Giovanni Rosso, and Parusso. It’s a chance to explore different terroirs without leaving the Vaud region.

The tasting will take place from 2:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the CAVE, located at 28 Rue de Malagny. Admission is free with registration, and visitors will be able to purchase their favorite wines on site. It’s a great opportunity to meet the people behind the labels before stocking up on a few bottles for the holidays.
