Alongside chef Nasser Jeffane, this graduate of the Ecole Hôtelière de Glion is the face of this wonderfully spicy gastronomic adventure. Originally from Casablanca, he worked at the Hyatt Regency in his hometown before moving on to the Four Seasons in Marrakech, the Kempimski Hotel in Geneva and the Mariott Stanton South Beach in Miami.
