Morgane Veronese from Dix Vins

Trained as a horticulturalist, Morgane Veronese’s path quickly led her to the world of wine. After successfully completing her training as a viticultural technician, she flew to Australia with the aim of learning English. While there, she discovered a culture that suited her and an open-mindedness that she particularly appreciated. She returned to Switzerland out of love, and since 2016 has been working in wine production at Changins. Her intention was not to work with her husband, but fate decided otherwise and offered them both the opportunity to take over the restaurant Le Dix Vins, in Carouge, last September.

A new adventure begins for this lover of Swiss terroir. He is in the kitchen, while she concocts the wine list, adding her own touch of originality. Their aim is to preserve the soul of the place and offer their guests a unique experience. Unique moments mean unique wines.
