It took a long time to find this professional waiter in a restaurant worthy of his talents. It’s finally here: Antoine Guibouret has taken up his new post as manager of the Balilathe Lebanese restaurant at theHôtel Longemalle. Thanks to his experience, his notion of service and his sense of welcome, there’s no doubt that he’ll be delighted to satisfy and develop customer loyalty within a new hotel structure.
