I still remember the opening of the Bologna XX years ago. How time flies! The handover from former owner Jacky Gruber to new owner Florian Le Bouhec marked a gastronomic renaissance in our beautiful city of Calvin. One page was turned to make way for another… and many beautiful chapters have been written at Le Bologne since then. The restaurant on rue Necker has reinvented itself and maintained a consistency that allows it to endure over time and continue to pass on a playful gastronomic passion.
