Enter the musical rhythm of a service by Loïc Magnier, chef at Le 23 restaurant.

Originally from Franche-Comté, the young chef of the restaurant Le 23Loïc Magnier always knew he’d end up in the kitchen. During his childhood, he never ate frozen food, but rather local produce. His passion for hunting, moreover, comes from his father, a hunter and breeder of pigeons, his favorite meat, unsurprisingly. All these memories, coupled with solid experience acquired in the ski resorts of Les Carroz d’Arâches at L’Anfionne, as well as in the city, in Nice at La Part des Anges and at La Table de la Réserve in Beaulieu-sur-Mer, have enabled him to progress to the position of Chef du 23, which he occupies today to our great delight.

To each mood, each moment, each service, music adapts and gives rhythm to the atmosphere of his kitchen. This week, he invites us to discover the “moods” – a fine borrowing from the English language – of his services, with Roxanne by The Police or Can’t Stop by Solomun. Click, listen and welcome to Loïc Magnier’s kitchen!
