Chef Dominique Gauthier starts November in the spotlight with the Lenaka photography duo.

We know them as Lenaka. Lena and Nicolas Guyot, our favorite photographic couple, are back on Monday’s Food Letter. And what a return it is! Thanks to their lens, the duo’s mouths water at the mere sight of these hare ravioli, chestnut cream and Alba white truffles, exclusive to the newsletter. Freshly installed behind the stoves of the F.P. Journe restaurant at 49 rue du Rhône, chef Dominique Gauthier prepares these autumnal marvels. To be enjoyed very soon, as the restaurant officially opens its doors on November 1.
