After fashion, it’s time to focus on food. For the summer season, Dior is continuing its culinary expansion in Saint-Tropez by entrusting its restaurant and café to Mauro Colagreco, the three-Michelin-starred chef of Mirazur.

The partnership between Dior and Mauro Colagreco is more than just a prestigious name. In Saint-Tropez, the French fashion house is transforming its summer location with Monsieur Dior, the restaurant, and Le Café Dior—two spaces conceived as an extension of its creative universe. The three-Michelin-starred chef of Mirazur is creating a culinary experience inspired by Provence, the gardens dear to Christian Dior, and the rhythm of the seasons.

On the menu, Mediterranean ingredients naturally take center stage, in keeping with Colagreco’s philosophy, where nature guides both the ingredients and the dishes. The dishes also draw inspiration from the aesthetic codes of haute couture, creating a dialogue between gastronomy and fashion without resorting to mere stylistic flourishes. The menus change regularly to reflect the harvests and the seasons.

With this new location, Dior is reinforcing a fundamental trend: major luxury houses are no longer content simply to dress their clients; they now seek to offer them a true lifestyle, in which dining becomes a natural extension of their identity.
