Villa La Coste entrusts its kitchens to Florent Pietravalle

In the heart of an exceptional vineyard and a magnificent space dedicated to art near Aix-en-Provence, the confidential palace La Villa La Coste opens a new culinary chapter with the appointment of Florent Pietravalle to head up its entire gastronomic offering. After an acclaimed stint at La Mirande in Avignon, this chef – whom we met previously – is continuing his career in this Provencal setting, where he intends to develop a lively, instinctive cuisine that resonates with the culture of the estate. The restaurant Le Louison remains the heart of the experience, but will be enhanced by new dining areas spread out over the estate. A renewed dialogue between art, nature and gastronomy, to be discovered from March 6, 2026. We wish him all the best for this new adventure, worthy of his great talent.
