Under the impetus of Pamela Bächli, founder of PR&Co, Veggie Week is expanding its scope to cover the whole month of June in 2026.

The Veggie Week reaches a milestone. After several editions, for the first time the event will span the entire month of June 2026 in French-speaking Switzerland, inviting chefs and gourmets to take the time to explore the richness of the plant world. This change of format is not insignificant. For four weeks, participating establishments will each offer a dedicated menu, conceived as an experience in its own right, where textures, seasons and associations become the terrain of expression. Gastronomic restaurants, contemporary establishments, urban bistros or committed restaurants: the diversity of addresses creates a living cartography of a cuisine in full mutation. Here, plants take the culinary lead. Founded in 2017 by Pamela Bächli, Veggie Week has become an event that is both accessible and profoundly contemporary. A platform that doesn’t militate, but redraws the contours of what eating today can mean.
