Chef Satria Vue and Marco Pelletier, from the Vantre restaurant in Paris, have been invited to the Chez Bacchus restaurant for a six-course dinner. A gourmet experience featuring wines from the Galouchet estate in Bordeaux and champagnes from Michel Gonet.

On November 18, Satria Vue, chef at the restaurant Vantre in Paris—founded by renowned sommelier Marco Pelletier—will be taking up residence at Chez Bacchus in Geneva, alongside chef Yves Kozatik, to create a six-course dinner. The evening promises to be a celebration of the pleasures of fine dining.

(Almost) Mystery Menu

While the menu remains somewhat of a mystery, one dish has already been announced: crispy sweetbreads with squash and roasted hazelnuts. This sets the tone for an evening dedicated to culinary delights and hosted by the one and only Vincent Debergé.

Marco Pelletier will bring a few bottles from his Bordeaux estate, Galouchet, as well as champagnes from Michel Gonet, for whom he serves as ambassador. This is a wonderful opportunity to bring together two chefs and a wine enthusiast around the same table, with all the conversations and discoveries that entails.
