We’ve got it! We finally know the opening date of the TABLARDMartin Burrus’ new restaurant. Gourmets and epicureans, mark October 2 in your diaries. Located just across from the De Bleu! cheese shop in Carouge, this intimate new establishment is a tribute to cheeses, offering original creations to share as an aperitif. Chef Mariano Piñero Lopez also offers a menu of gourmet dishes to share or solo, as you prefer. Let yourself be tempted by zucchini, feta, pecan nuts and Russian salad, shrimp tartare followed by cordon bleu and sucrine salad. The chef doesn’t stop there, and will soon be serving Japanese barbecued turbot with three variations of cauliflower. The wine list was created by Ludovic Namur, the sommelier at Flocons de Sel in Megève, and the elegant Mattia Baldissara is in charge of the restaurant’s dining room. A Carouge adventure that’s sure to create a stir throughout Geneva. Happy opening to you all!
