After Geneva and Coppet, Simunye comes to Verbier to share its warm and friendly Spanish cuisine. This new opening promises Iberian flavors and lots of sharing.

Simunye continues to move forward, and rather well. After Geneva and Coppet, the Spanish restaurant has officially announced its arrival in Verbier. On the heights of the Valais, the restaurant aims to extend what has been its strength from the start: generous, gourmet Iberian cuisine – croquetas, Iberian ham, patatas bravas, Galician-style octopus – and a genuine culture of sharing. At the center of it all is the large table, inviting guests to meet, chat and extend their evenings. A signature that works without overplaying its hand. One of the founders, Paloma Garalda, confirms a winter with Spanish accents. The address remains a secret, but trust me: we’ll know more soon. And the news doesn’t stop there: the Geneva restaurant will now be open for lunch from Monday to Friday. Simunye continues on its path with consistency and indulgence.
