The sixth Salon Desalpes will be held at the Auberge de l'Abbaye de Montheron. For the first time, the event dedicated to living wines will be held over two days.

On April 25 and 26, 2026, the Salon Desalpes 2026 returns to the great hall of the Auberge de l’Abbaye de Abbaye de Montheron for a sixth edition dedicated to living wines. New this year: for the first time, the show will be held over two days, allowing visitors to take more time to meet the guest winemakers. The event highlights wines produced using practices that respect the living world: organic or biodynamic viticulture, manual harvesting, spontaneous fermentation and low-intervention vinification, with minimal or no use of sulfur. An approach that demands authentic wines, the direct expression of terroir and vintage.

Highlights include a rare tasting of old vintages of Dézaley de la Ville de Lausanne, exploring the ageing potential of Chasselas. A lecture by Hans-Peter Schmidt, agro-ecology specialist and founder of Mythopia in Valais, will also address the contemporary issues of sustainable viticulture and soil regeneration. On Saturday evening, the event continues with a grand Alpine Tavolata devised by chef Alba Farnos Vinals of the Auberge de l’Abbaye de Montheron. On the menu: generous cuisine, lively wines and a festive atmosphere well into the night.
