Sponsored by Mauro Colagreco, the 2026 edition of Chefs à Saint-Tropez confirms that here, gastronomy is not a show, but a commitment.

From May 2 to 4, 2026, the Place des Lices will once again be the place for markets, meetings and sharing. Chefs à Saint-Tropez celebrate producers and artisans for a sixth edition under the patronage of three-starred chef Mauro Colagrecoa committed figure in responsible cuisine. More than a festival, the event has become a manifesto. A living tribute to those who cultivate, raise, shape and transform. In 2025, over 160,000 visitors strolled the market aisles. In 2026, over 150 chefs – many of them Michelin-starred – will once again gather alongside 250 producers from a 200-kilometer radius.

On the program: culinary demonstrations, “battles” (aïoli, surprise basket, artichokes barigoule…), committed conferences on biodiversity and plastic waste, a pastry competition based around the iconic Tarte Tropézienne, presided over by Christophe Michalak, not forgetting the big charity lunch in aid of Solidarité paysanne. But the real action was elsewhere. In the discussions between a market gardener and a chef. In the transmission to schoolchildren invited to plant their first seeds. In the desire to “share our know-how”. In Saint-Tropez, luxury takes on its most essential form: respect for the land and those who work it.
