For its sixth edition, Veggie Week changes format and extends throughout the month of June. Five Geneva-based addresses are devising exclusive menus featuring a mix of seasonal and foreign influences.

The Veggie Week returns to Geneva for its sixth edition, with a new formula: for the first time, the event will take place throughout the month of June. In five Geneva establishments, this 2026 edition aims to put veggies at the center of the plate, with seasonal produce, culinary creativity and varied influences. Among this year’s ambassadors, Sachi will be offering a 100% vegan Omakase menu devised by chef Mitsu, while L’Aparté, under the guidance of chef Armel Bedouet, will be focusing on refined plant-based cuisine featuring hibiscus beet, Rondini zucchini flowers and cappelletti with summer chanterelles. Ottolenghi will also be taking part in the adventure, with a lunch menu inspired by its generous and colorful universe, signed by chef Maxime Martin. For its part, La Micheline will unveil a five-step vegetal experience imagined by chef Andrés Arocena, between black cherry gazpacho, Japanese curry maitake and revisited carrot cake. Finally, À Table chez Anou will be making its first appearance with a tasting menu featuring Indian and Ayurvedic influences, in keeping with the delicate universe of chef Anou Boccasam. Menus will be available from June1, and reservations can be made directly with participating establishments.
