Le Vallon puts Sundays back in the middle of the village with a rotisserie designed as a gently crackling summer souvenir.

The sun already seems to be beating down gently the Vallon. Behind this charming building, just a stone’s throw from the center of Geneva, an elegant terrace is about to come back to life. From May 17, every Sunday will have its own rotisserie flavour. Slowly turning, crackling poultry, crispy golden skin, soft flesh and the immediate sensation of rediscovering something familiar, almost forgotten. A Sunday madeleine de Proust, served on white tablecloths, with glasses that fill up without watching the clock. Conceived as a convivial and generous rendezvous, this new proposal from Le Vallon makes you want to take your time. And for epicureans curious to look beyond the rotisserie, chef Romain Welkenhuyzen will also be offering a small menu based on seasonal dishes.
