In March 2026, Pastry Week returns with a theme as poetic as it is delicious: "Hidden Treasures". An invitation to surprise, to play and to taste, in aid of a charitable cause.

The Pastry Week returns in March with a theme that sounds like a promise: “Hidden treasures”. After a nostalgic first edition (Sweet memories), the event imagined by the agency PR & Co this time invites pastry chefs to play with the unexpected, surprises and illusions. Over the course of a week, pastry chefs will each imagine an exclusive creation around this theme, conceived as a secret to be revealed during tasting: a hidden heart, a textural twist, a flavor popping up at the last moment. Last year’s event saw seven participants and 724 pastries sold, with CHF 1,450 donated to the charity Rêves Suisse. In keeping with its charitable dimension, the 2026 edition will donate CHF 2 per pastry sold to an association to be announced shortly. Entries from pastry chefs are open until February, before the participants and their creations are revealed. A new invitation to look at pastry as a playground, and each dessert as a discovery.
