“New Michelin ceremony

The love affair betweenEHL and Michelin. For the fourth time, the ceremony of the famous red gastronomic Bible will take place in the heights of Epalinges at the École Hôtelière de Lausanne. A marriage between two institutions that seem to be getting along better than ever, whereas the French edition prefers to change region each year, in order to better represent the culinary, viticultural and geographical terroir in all its diversity (or not). Geneva Tourism doesn’t seem to have decided to host the guide on its territory (could this be due to a lack of financial resources compared to those of the prestigious Vaud hotel institution)? As for the restaurants, will the Michelin Guide once again have the audacity (and lack of elegance) to invite chefs without giving them an award? We shall see!
