Mineral, a new vintage at Eaux-Vives
From Vésenaz to Carouge, then to Le Tablardthe thread has never broken. Almost seven years after his first cheese shop, five years after the next one, and two years after he imagined Le Tablard – a place where wine meets good food and sharing around the table – the story continues to unfold for Martin Burrus. Over the past few months, ideas have circulated, debates have multiplied, hours have piled up around the table, with the Le Tablard team and in particular Mattia Baldissara, its general manager. The result was a decision to take over Mi Food Mi Raisin, in Eaux-Vives, and breathe new life into it. Mineral is a well-considered, coherent choice, part of a long-term vision. Let’s look forward to discovering this new venue, which promises new and beautiful gastronomic scores!
