After the success of Eaux-Vives, Melrose Kitchen continues to grow on the Right Bank with a major expansion, a new bespoke salad bar and continuous daily opening.

The founding duo of Melrose KitchenRaphy Fathi and Clément Cuq, continue on their entrepreneurial path, breathing new life into their right bank arcade on Quai des Bergues. Following the success of their Eaux-Vives address, it was almost natural to move on, with a major transformation designed to support the growth of the project without altering its spirit. The project involved taking over the adjacent arcade and destroying the first Melrose, which was completely rebuilt to merge the two spaces. As a result, the space will increase from 19 m² to 50 m², with the addition of 12 seats and an expanded lunch offer thanks to the arrival of a made-to-measure salad bar. As for the pace, the store will now be open 7 days a week, including Sundays, with a continuous kitchen. If all goes according to plan, the opening is scheduled for early March.
