Known for its cocktails and nightlife, Maison Balkii is set to attract a new clientele starting at aperitif time. Beginning next week, a selection of finger foods by Inda Bar will accompany the first drinks.

A staple of Geneva’s nightlife scene, known for its cocktails, musical atmosphere, and night owl clientele, Maison Balkii now aims to attract visitors right from the start of the evening, during aperitif time. To bring this new direction to life, the founder of the Maison Balkii, Charlotte Cattaneo, is teaming up with her neighbor, Morad El-Hajjaji, owner of theInda Bar. Chef Hervé Gambalonga will create a selection of finger foods prepared in the kitchens of the contemporary Indian restaurant before being served at Balkii. On the menu: crispy rice with eggplant caviar or tuna tartare, shrimp tempura with spicy mayonnaise, crispy spheres filled with shredded crab, celery tartlets, and, of course, the now-essential cheese naans. A seamless transition that lets you start the evening with a few bites to share… before the music takes over.
