With the arrival of summer, La Chaumière changes pace. La Guinguette introduces a lighter version of Serge Labrosse's cuisine, without compromising on precision or gourmet taste.

In Troinex, La Chaumière changes tempo as soon as the warm weather sets in. La Guinguette returns as a natural extension of this beautiful country house. On the terrace, surrounded by greenery, the cuisine is simplified without slackening. The embers take center stage, the plates gain in freshness, and the produce expresses itself with the return of the sun. On the menu: braised meats, grilled octopus, fresh plates, glazed veloutés. Nothing ostentatious, just a more direct interpretation of Serge Labrosse’s work. A less formal approach to gastronomy, without ever losing that sense of detail that anchors La Chaumière in the Geneva landscape. La Guinguette is a different way of experiencing this establishment: outside, in tune with the season, with that extra touch of lightness that changes everything.
