L'Odéon launches its Delicatessen evenings with a gourmet first edition featuring Le Passeur de Vin and MOF Romain Pellet.

May 7th, the Odéon launches its first Delicatessen evening. One date, one theme, and above all one clear line: keep it simple, but do it really well. The Jura region will be present throughout the evening. In the glasses, first of all, with an ephemeral 100% Jura wine list designed by Emmanuel Heydens, founder of the Passeur de vindesigned to reflect the evening’s theme. Then on the plate, with charcuterie and pâtés presented by Romain Pelletfollowed by a rack of veal with hay, morels and jus corsé. Wait, that’s not all, the rest follows: mature Comté cheese and a few sweets. You’ll be delighted to know that we can count on people who always do their utmost to make our daily lives a little more gourmet. Get out your diaries… this evening should find its rhythm quite naturally.
