On Rue Dancet, L'Épinard is not slowing down - quite the contrary. With the arrival of Jérôme Delamotte in the kitchen, this wine bar, already popular with regulars, is taking a turn for the better.

There’s a lot going on at Rue Dancet. À L’Épinardan address we’ve been following closely, a new chapter begins with the arrival of Jérôme Delamotte in the kitchen. Formerly second-in-command at the Gallo restaurant, where he worked alongside Jacopo Romagnoli, the young chef has taken up residence in this wine bar that we love as much for the quality of its food as for its atmosphere. L’Épinard is first and foremost a place: bottle-green walls, a lively bar and, at the back, a cellar full of fine discoveries. Jan Bertiaux carefully manages the house and continues to develop it. In the kitchen, the focus goes far beyond sharing platters. From the very first plates, the tone is set: tuna crudo with radish and blackberry salad, grilled artichokes served with a lemon confit and parmesan sauce, white asparagus with herb siphon and almond praline. And let’s not forget the chicken karaage, crispy to perfection, topped with vinegared red cabbage. To be discovered very soon. I look forward to hearing from you.
