Experimental Chalet launches Le St-Bernard

This winter, theExperimental Chalet Verbier reinvents itself under the impetus of Farm Club duo Kevin di Bonito and Jimmy Parisse, now in charge of the entire bar and restaurant experience. Their vision: sincere, elegant and lively Alpine hospitality, perfectly in tune with the spirit of the resort. On December 4, the hotel inaugurates Le St-Bernard, its new mountain restaurant. The address, a nod to the mythical mountain pass and the emblematic alpine rescue dog, boasts a warm, contemporary atmosphere. Executive Chef Rudy Ballin offers generous Alpine cuisine rooted in the terroir: alpine cheeses, local meats, seasonal vegetables and Valais wines. Franco-Swiss classics revisited in a spirit of sharing. From 5 p.m., the team welcomes guests for après-ski, followed by two courses, 7 p.m. and 9 p.m., including La Table du Chef, a large convivial table at the heart of the service. A new address that promises to set the pace for the Verbier winter season.
