This year, Domaine Chambet will no longer be hosting an Open Cellars event, preferring to slow things down for a better welcome. A day apart, designed to put wine - and those who make it - back at the center.

This year, the Domaine Chambet takes a step backwards. Anthony Fonjallaz has chosen to return to a more essential form, more faithful to the spirit of the early days, and has decided to forego the Caves ouvertes. Less volume, more attention. Impossible, he explains, to recreate this closeness on the official day, as the crowds impose their rhythm. That’s why the estate is taking a different approach, opening its doors on Sunday, May 10, 2026, for a day that’s a whole new way of thinking. On the program: the estate’s new cuvées to discover in a deliberately more intimate setting. In the kitchen, chef Antoine Paulin of the wine bar Mariussupported by Nathan, offers a score in his own image: refined dishes that are clear and efficient, at the service of the wine. Here, the idea is to take the time to taste, to understand, to exchange with those who shape the bottles. Wine, food and, above all, connection. Registrations can be made directly online on the domaine’s website. Please note: the Geneva Marathon takes place on the same weekend, so it’s best to plan ahead.
