Jacopo Romagnoli is everywhere in this 2024 vintage back-to-school season. Like a studious chef, he twirls from table to table as part of an appealing, gourmet collaboration. This week, the talented chef everyone knows is putting his chef’s hat behind the stoves of the bar and restaurant Coin Coin alongside current chef Valentin Pouzet. Entitled “La Colloc”, these culinary get-togethers will be all about relaxed gastronomic sharing. On the agenda: exchanges, laughter, glasses being filled (…and emptied), plates being passed around and tables with four guests at the start and ten at the end.
