Coin Coin “by the Sea” Sets Sail Again
Following a successful first edition, Coin Coin-sur-Mer returns from July 1 through August 30 to bring a vacation vibe to Plainpalais. The concept remains the same: sharing the finest seafood, featuring large, carefully prepared cuts of fish displayed in the arcade right next to the restaurant and offered in a variety of formats to satisfy every taste… and every budget.
The big new feature of this year’s event is the crudo bar. The fish will be prepared to order right before customers’ eyes and can be enjoyed on-site or taken to go. A fresh, summery offering that will be paired with a selection of wines designed to extend this seaside escape. Led by Victoria, Gaspard, and Philippe, the project will culminate in a pop-up event from August 28 to 30. The guest is still a secret. A final stop that’s sure to hold some wonderful surprises.
