Chez HC: four-hands dinner, Wellington beef and hip-hop

On June 6, the kitchens of HC kitchens will play host to a particularly exciting encounter. For a four-hands dinner, chef William Béguin welcomes Quentin Philippe for an evening imagined around wine, sharing and a certain idea of conviviality. The idea behind the event is simple: to bring people together around beautiful products, good bottles and a sincere atmosphere, supported by a hip-hop soundtrack and a cuisine designed to circulate at the center of the table. Several dishes will be brought to the table directly by the chefs, in a lively and generous dynamic. As dinner progresses, guests will discover multicolored tomatoes spiced up with petimizi and Kalamata olives, an impressive jumbo morel served with Brittany lobster and smoked jus, before a BBQ trout from the Petit family, or Holstein Wellington beef served at the table. The meal concludes with a dessert of black cherry, bitter almond and tarragon, served in front of the guests.
