Chez Calvin goes Riviera
April 29 to September 26, Chez Calvin changes latitude. The address takes a detour to the Mediterranean: Provence, Italy, Spain, Riviera ambiance guaranteed. In the kitchen, Mathys Peloso has created a completely revised menu. It’s lighter, fresher and designed for sharing. The menu features BBQ: meats and seafood. The culinary evolution refocuses the experience on sharing and conviviality. In the glasses, the same impetus: sun-kissed cocktails and a selection of lively wines from near and far. The desire to extend the South until late in the evening. The real theater is outside. Adorned with flowers, the terrace is more elegant and has been completely redesigned.
