In keeping with the discreet elegance that characterizes Café des Banques, Yoann Caloué unveils a new hidden space on the second floor of his restaurant. A confidential address already promising success.

Chef Yoann Caloué never seems to slow down. Already at the helm of the highly reputed Café des Banqueshe has just launched a new, discreet table d’hôtes on the second floor of his establishment. Hidden from view, this confidential space can accommodate up to fourteen guests in a hushed and particularly well-cared-for atmosphere. Tastefully chosen furnishings, inlaid speakers, a record player and a cellar stocked with exceptional bottles ready to be opened: everything here seems to have been thought out for long evenings among enthusiasts. In the kitchen, Yoann Caloué obviously adapts his approach to the experience. Unique menus prepared in advance, large pieces to share, whole fish or superb cuts of beef: the proposal is generous, free and resolutely epicurean. With this discreet new address, the chef has created a place in perfect continuity with the spirit of Café des Banques: elegant, discreet and almost confidential, as a nod to the banking spirit of the district.
