Bus Palladium: rebirth of a myth

Closed in 2022, the Bus Palladium is set to reopen, transformed into a hybrid venue where music, dining and hotels meet. An eagerly-awaited renaissance.

Opened in 1965 in Pigalle, the Bus Palladium has stood the test of time, a veritable free theater where musicians, night owls and transients mingle. Closed in 2022, the venue left behind a void in the Parisian nightlife. Four years later, it’s back… but in a different way. More than a club, it’s now a whole: stage, restaurant, bar, rooftop and even hotel. And then there’s the table. The kitchen has been entrusted to Valentin Raffali, whom we had the opportunity to work with at the Livingstone in Marseille, whose energy and precision leave little room for doubt: here too, the counters are set to go wild. A presence that anchors the project in something tangible. It’s an ambitious challenge. Behind the renaissance lies the question: can you revive a place without freezing it in its own legend? The answer seems to be emerging in this new venue, which embraces a mix of genres: concerts, DJ sets and hospitality. We’re already delighted to be part of the myth… in version 2.0 anyway.
