Under the impetus of its new director, Wallis Moreno, Bleu Nuit will soon be bringing together a handful of Geneva winemakers for a tasting open to all, between glasses, tapas and a spirit of sharing.

Saturday, May 2 Bleu Nuit is transformed into a veritable playground for Geneva wine lovers. Starting at 5 p.m., a number of local winemakers will join forces for a tasting session designed to be a simple, yet deeply rooted local experience. In the glasses will be the signatures of Damien Mermoud, Domaine des Allues, La Mermière, Rouge Gorge and Domaine du Chambet – names that, each in their own way, tell the story of today’s Geneva vineyards. In the kitchen, Justine Montessuit and Mathias Fréré accompany the tasting with a tapas menu designed to dialogue with the wines, in keeping with the house’s philosophy of fresh, local and environmentally-friendly produce. The tasting continues until around 7 p.m., before giving way to an evening that can continue around the evening menu and a selection of wines available by the bottle. The musical ambience is true to the spirit of the place: rhythmic and lively. Mark your calendars, gourmets…
