Bánh Mì celebrates its 4th anniversary

The adventure Bánh Mì adventure began in the Rive district in March 2022. In four years, the Geneva address has seen thousands of bánh mì, phở and bò bún pass through its doors, becoming a popular landmark for lovers of fast, generous Vietnamese cuisine. Behind the counter, 22 chefs in residence have also succeeded one another, helping to shape the culinary identity of the place. To mark this anniversary, founders Vanessa and Pierre and the entire team are organizing a special evening on Wednesday, March 25, featuring a unique menu designed just for the occasion. On the menu: bánh xèo with pickles and fresh herbs, followed by pâté sô served with meat jus and spicy salad. The main course features bò kho, braised beef with carrots and shiso, before finishing with a pandan-flavored crème brûlée. A vegetarian menu is also available. As seating is limited, reservations are strongly recommended for this anniversary evening, which promises to be a fitting celebration of four years of Vietnamese gourmet delights in Geneva.
