Armando Falco, who has worked for a number of fine houses, has now joined Naturlich. An arrival that should quickly breathe new energy into this discreet, but always fair, table.

It’s now official: chef Armando Falco takes over the stoves – or rather, the open kitchen – of the restaurant Natürlich. His arrival marks a new chapter for this Geneva address, which has been closely followed by lovers of fine dining since its beginnings. He succeeds the talented Alexandro Isaac in this gastronomic stronghold on rue de la Coulouvrenière, with the aim of continuing an already well-established dynamic while imposing his own culinary style. For those who have been following Geneva’s culinary scene for some years, Armando Falco’s name is not unfamiliar. Back then, we discovered him behind the kitchens of the Four Seasons Hotel des Bergues in Geneva. In 2021, he arrived in Eaux-Vives to take over the kitchens at Arakel, prior to the major renovations recently undertaken. In the spring of 2026, he continued his career with Eat Me. At Naturlich, Armando Falco joins an already strong team. In the dining room, Ilias Tanoudis continues to take charge with the discreet elegance that is also the identity of the place, supported by sommelier Giuliano Frassineti. All in all, very good news that will make us even more eager to return to this Geneva establishment, which has always surrounded itself with talented chefs.
