From pizzas to tacos, from plains to mountains, Anthony Castrilli is adding to his gourmet collection by taking the helm at Antiquaires.

Anthony Castrilli is back. Was he really gone? The son of an Italian restaurateur, he continues to write some of the finest gastronomic pages in the city of Calvin. At the helm of pizzerias Cinecittà and Osteria Zazaas well as Mexican restaurants La Taqueria los Cuñadosthe Genevan entrepreneur is pursuing his career with a self-confessed greed. Backed by his brother-in-law Raphaël Grima, Anthony Castrilli today announces the takeover of Antiquairesan emblematic address nestled in the Old Town. A place steeped in history and conversation, it is about to open a new chapter without losing its DNA. For this new life, the decor was entirely conceived and designed by his partner, Soraya Ojjeh, who has created an atmosphere that is both sensitive and inhabited, true to the soul of the place. From Italy to Mexico, from Geneva to Crans-Montana, Anthony Castrilli moves forward by instinct, driven by a contagious energy and a keen sense of living places. Yet the question remains: where will he stop? Above all, does he even intend to?
