Anne-Sophie Pic stars in Dubai
Located on The Link footbridge , suspended 200 meters from the ground and linking the two towers of the One Za’abeel building – the first urban One&Only resort – chef Anne-Sophie Pic ‘s new Dubai address received the prestigious award at a ceremony held on July 4. La Dame de Pic Dubaï offers a menu with elegant, colorful, plant-based flavors. Among the creations on offer are Berlingots with comté cheese, peas, arugula, coriander and pistachio, and barbecued red mullet with red bell pepper tartlet. “I’m very proud to be awarded a star in the Michelin Guide Dubai 2024 for my restaurant La Dame de Pic Dubai, five months after its opening.
