Gently renovated, rethought in detail, ALMA asserts its place on the Geneva scene between Peruvian fusion and warm design.

An address set in the Eaux-Vives landscape, ALMA is entering a new phase in its history after a discreet renovation. The aim was not to transform the place, but to make it evolve: a warmer palette, natural materials and redesigned spaces to enhance the overall experience without touching the initial DNA. In the kitchen, the line remains clear: a precise Peruvian and Latin American fusion, driven by chef Cesar Ortiz. Between classic ceviche, signature lomo saltado and more contemporary creations, the menu continues to play on the balance between tradition, technique and emotion. Behind this new step, the impetus of Uniq Project confirms ALMA’s determination to be a long-term project. A restaurant conceived as a place to live, anchored in its neighborhood and connected to Geneva’s dynamic gastronomic scene. The result is an address that evolves, but retains what has attracted customers (and kept them coming back) since day one.
