1275 Collections launches Fine Wine 101

Consisting of six sessions, this new educational wine program aims to pass on the essentials of wine in a friendly, accessible way. Rather than offering theoretical courses, the company 1275 Collections exchange around concepts and regions by offering tastings wonderful bottles for epicureans and discover the world of wine in a relaxed and enjoyable way. Entitled Fine Wine 101, the team in charge is collaborating with the restaurant Monsieur Bouillon – located in the heart of the Quartier des Banques – who will be preparing a number of dishes for you to nibble on. From Champagne and Bordeaux to California, Burgundy and Italy, and much more others, immerse yourself in the wonderful world of wine.
