The Bánh Còq

It’s the kind of association we love, and one that shows, once again, that things are happening in Geneva. For this month’s Bánh Mì, the founders of Bánh Mì in Eaux-Vives, Vanessa and Pierre, collaborate with chef Jeremy Hugli of Café de la Paix to create a banh mi that’s more than gourmet. Featuring panko-fried marinated chicken (from Boucherie d’Onex), mango sauce, coleslaw seasoned with wasabi mayonnaise, chili pickles and fresh coriander, these combinations of flavor and texture will be perfect for facing autumn and the first frosts!
