You may not know him, but if you frequent the Café de la Plage in the heart of Geneva’s Grand Théâtre, you’re bound to have come across him. Alongside Jacopo Romagnoli behind the stoves, Thibaud Cogne is the new room manager who has replaced Lavinia Benazzo. After working at Cap’s Barbecue restaurant, this former graduate of the École Hôtelière de Genève is busy in his new role as manager. With the arrival of the sun and the opening of the terrace, he juggles lunch and dinner services with panache. Don’t hesitate to drop in if you’re near Place de Neuve.
