Like a ballet dancer twirling around her guests, Sarah Benahmed continues to make her mark on Swiss gastronomy. After being recognized for her work by the red guide in 2019 in the Service and Hospitality category, the talented director of the Lausanne Palace gourmet restaurant will soon be on the jury for the Art of Service trophy at the EHL Hospitality Business School. At the latest Michelin Guide ceremony – and in the company of their baby – Sarah proudly accompanied her husband as he was awarded a second star.
