Pasquale Silletti at Beau Coffee

Originally from Italy, Pasquale Silletti learned the art of cocktails, with a particular passion for rum and wine. After studying the aromas of spirits in depth for 16 years as a bartender, he discovered the palette of flavors that coffee could offer. When he went to the World Coffee Championships as a volunteer, his interest grew tenfold. He gradually came to understand that the aromatic complexity of coffee goes beyond anything he could have imagined, and wanted to share it with as many people as possible. After the Covid years, he arrived in Geneva and set up a space, dedicated to coffees from the four corners of the world and to roasting, which he called Beau Coffee. It’s a name you might think you’re familiar with, but it’s actually a contraction of Be Authentic. Come and meet our passionate barista!
